Good morning fellow leaders:
各位國際演講會領袖們大家早:
The more we involve, the more we love.
越用心投入, 越愛她.
In these days, my heart is still pumping and wandering lard in taking the district governor torch from all beloved fellow D67 Toastmasters.
接任地區總會長以來, 內心總是不斷激盪思索著如何才能做好份內之工作,以符合所有會友的託付及期望 ?
When I think back to the basic of Toatsmasters 4 core values, amazingly, the solution reveals
當我再檢視國際演講會的四大核心價值時, 我找到答案了!
1. Service to Members服務會友
2. Integrity行事正直
3. Respect the Individual尊重個人
4. Dedication to Excellence追求卓越
I am here propose the 1-5-1-10 goal of D67 or all fellow divisions, Areas and Clubs,
謹提出"一五一十"之年度目標供各分會 分區及分部領導幹部卓參及執行:

1.New Club for each Area每個分區創立一個新分會
2. 5 CC for each Club每個分會完成五位中級演講員
3. 1 AC for each Club每個分會完成一位高級演講員
4. 10 New Members for each Club每個分會召募十位新會員
Believe or not, the whole D67 will be President's Distinguished from Clubs, Areas, Divisions and District.
Is that a dream? Let's jet to our big dream!
若能達到此年度目標 所有分會 分區 分部及地區總會都將獲致皇冠傑出的榮銜, 絕不謹只是大夢, 讓我們一起逐夢 !
